Ryan Wheeler

Ryan Wheeler serves as President of TERRADON Corporation, where he provides executive leadership for the firm’s strategic direction, growth, and operations. Since joining the King Family of Companies, Ryan has been closely involved in many of TERRADON’s most significant projects and long-term client relationships, working across public, private, and industrial sectors.

Ryan has played a central role in shaping TERRADON’s business development strategy, qualifications-based pursuits, and expansion into new markets and geographies, including government and industrial work. He works closely with department leaders to align technical expertise with client needs, strengthen project delivery, and support sustainable growth.

His background includes contract and project management experience from his time working with a contractor prior to joining TERRADON, providing him with a practical, delivery-focused perspective on engineering and infrastructure projects.

Ryan is actively involved in civic and industry organizations and has served in various board and leadership roles. He is a current board member and past President of the Huntington District Society of American Military Engineers. His work has been recognized by industry peers, including being named one of West Virginia’s Top 40 Professionals Under the Age of 40.
