TERRADON is proud to have received an Engineering Excellence Award from the WV Division of Highways (WVDOH) for our Babcock State Park Sewell Trail project in the Transportation Alternative / Recreational Trail Category. TERRADON provided survey and mapping for 4.5 miles of abandoned road/rail bed for a trail design and restoration project in Babcock State Park in Fayette County, WV. The project included conceptual design of the entire length and contract plans for one mile of trail restoration and a pile and lagging retaining wall. The WVDOH constructed the remaining 3.5 miles of trail restoration with in-house crews.
