Corridor G Southridge Development

TERRADON provided site civil engineering for several areas of the South Charleston area South Ridge Center, including the business park located in the southeastern corner of the property, sections of retail development, and the South Ridge Professional Office Park. TERRADON provided master planning, layout and grading plans, utility design, and materials testing and construction monitoring. Master planning included multiple buildings for professional, commercial, and retail establishments including parking areas and shared outdoor spaces.

One key asset of value engineering TERRADON provided on this project was to manipulate on site cut and fill to provide a balanced site using the minimum possible volume of earthwork. The plan considered vehicular visibility fro US 119 utilizing understanding that commercial property value goes up as visibility from traffic corridors increases.
